A Forum for
The Home Inspectors Forum brings inspectors, technical professionals, industry partners and communities together through education, responsible cooperation and professional awareness.
WHO WE ARE?
The Home Inspectors Forum (HIF) is a professional and educational platform for the home-inspection community in California. We connect home inspectors with builders, architects, engineers, manufacturers, educators and homeowners, so that knowledge is shared openly and practiced responsibly.
WHAT WE DO
Educate
HIF Academia offers awareness programs, webinars, checklists and demonstrations.
Connect
Our Industry Network links inspectors with builders, technical advisers and manufacturers.
Gather
Seminars, workshops, networking meetings and annual meetings bring the community together.
Recognize
The HIF Awards honor documented contributions to the profession and the public.
WHY IT MATTERS?
A home is often a family’s largest investment. Clear, honest inspection practice helps buyers, sellers
and builders make informed decisions and helps keep homes safe.
